Listing photos are great at showing finishes, lighting, and style. What they can't do is show how the rooms connect. Floor Plan — The clean, measured layout with room labels and dimensions. It's the fastest way for a buyer to understand size and flow.
Site Plan — Shows the home's position on the lot, along with outdoor features like driveways, patios, pools, and yard space. Pairing a site plan with a floor plan helps buyers understand the whole property, not just the interior.
